Transnational Project Meeting 3

6 October 2023 ANKARA,TURKEY

In Ankara, Turkey, on October 6th, a transnational project meeting took place. Partners discussed the project's progress, which includes a manual for educators and a guidebook for migrant women to enhance employability. They also planned local pilot activities and scheduled multiplier events for wider outreach.

Pilot Testing With Women In Need For Better Employability Skills

The local piloting will involve at least 15 women in each partners’ organization and will last 2 or 3 months. The aim is to allow participants to go through the program slowly and at the speed they will set and have them use the toolkit at their liking. At the end of the process they are involved in a focus group to have them reflect on the whole development path and tell the trainers if they found the program useful or not. In particular, the participants will be assessed using the EU Skills profile tool for Third Country Nationals to really have migrants’ women ‘showcasing their skills and qualifications and facilitate their recognition through better information.’

STEP UP Multiplier events

The event is dedicated to all stakeholders that can support partners in further disseminating the PRs, spread the project results, and sustain them after the project run its course, as those will eventually become holders of the knowledge developed by the consortium and contribute to the project’s sustainability.
