Each workshop is complemented by reading materials, exercises, presentations, and other digital resources prepared by the partners. 

These practical activities encompass work-related scenarios, including mock job interviews, salary negotiation, conflict resolution, and public speaking. They serve as opportunities for learners to practice skills, build motivation, self-confidence, and self-esteem, fostering a wide range of competences and enhancing clarity about their career goals and personal qualities necessary for workplace integration. 

The learning path utilizes various devices, tools, digital formats, and social media to boost participants’ confidence and prepare them for a modern work environment. The learning process commences in a classroom setting and gradually transitions online, replicating contemporary working conditions and allowing participants to apply their newfound skills.
